How can I get my money back from my debitor?

My customer in ontario owes me about CAD14.000, the contract due about two years ago. What can I do to make her repay me back?

Have you tried taking her to court to get a judgement? That would be the only way to get her to pay the money back. I don't know the laws in Canada, but do they do garnishments after a judgement has been ordered?
