I dont think you should try to get out of it if you owe them....you should send them you state laws and work something out...if you paid them back the balance i would stop paying, and ask for it to be consider paid in full....

I have 2 payday loans due in one week and I just lost my job!!!! What options are out there for me? Someone please help or I will have to use my RENT money to pay them. Then I will be homeless.
