Creditors Interchange contacted me about paying off a credit card I owe I have made some payments without getting the debt verififed but now they are getting out of hand asking for what I don't have can I have it verified after I have paid some on it. Need help

Do you think this debt is valid is that why you went ahead and paid on it? I would suspect that you can't get a validation for a debt you acknowledged by paying on it but I may be wrong. How much is the debt? Who is the creditor? How much have you paid towards the balance?

You can get a debt validated anytime. For a quick validation that might help you put your mind at rest.. call the origional creditor and ask where it is. If they haven't sold it already they should know.
Also send the letter of request though to the collections agencies.

I received the following letter in my postal mailbox on (date) and would like to notify your company that your claim is disputed.
In accordance with the fdcpa, I have the right to request for a validation of my debt. This is asking for proof regarding this and verifying the same.
Please attach copies of the following with the reply:
1. The agreement which authorizes the creditor to collect debt on the alleged debt.
2. The signed agreement from the debtor conforming to pay the creditor.
3. The documents regarding the payments made on this account validating the amount.

You can request debt valiation anytime, however the SOL has started over since you paid on this debt.
