Check this out. Not only were we screwed over by Brennan and his staff I finally got in touch with someone, cancelled the account and started life again repairing the credit damage they had caused. Then all of a sudden today find out they took money from my account last month after it was confirmed that the account was closed by an employee there via email. That sounds illegal doesn't it!

Class action here we come too!

Report it to your bank and say that you didn't authorize that debit. They should be able to act on your behalf to recover the money.

The email sent to you by the employee stating that the account is closed is also an important proof. The debit done by R A Brennan should be reversed back in your account.

Save the email and use it as proof. There are many out there who have started a website against this company and are trying to round people and support up for a class action lawsuit. use any search engine with those keyword and I am sure these sites will pop uo. Good luck
