I received a loan through Khaki funding. They have exceeded the amount they were to take out of my account. I can not find a way to contact them to get reimbursed and to have this stopped.

Cedric, your bank will have the information about the loan company. Explain the problem to the bank manager. He will dispute the debit with the loan company. If you have the terms of the loan company in writing, the excess amount will be deposited back into your account.

I never received the documents for the loan. I don't know how to reach them or show proof of the loan. All I have is my bank records

Your bank will be able to track the company and put a dispute. They will keep a list of all the companies that do the debits. Talk with the manager about this problem.
