This is a public forum. The website doesn't offer any kind of loans. You may take a free counseling with the consultants here if you are in need of options to pay your debts.

Hi carolynsvernon, welcome to the boards. We are a debt forum but would be more than happy to find out information for you. Have you established a credit rating and if so do you know what your score is? The first thing you need to do if you are thinking about taking a loan out is to educate yourself about your credit and your score. Having a bank account helps when getting a loan but I don't think it'sa requirement. Please post here and tell us more about what you are trying to do and how you are going about doing it.
