One thing I would advise you to do is register with the site, so a credit counselor can contact you and discuss your situation.
Now as far as these payday loans, you have a few options; Close your account, or stop payment on the PDL's, or prepare a letter to revoke authorization from any further debits from your account.
One thing for Stop payments is it can be very costly and sometimes the PDL's can slip around those, by changing the amounts or using an affiliate name. If you revoke authorization, some PDL's have been known to ignore these letters or claim to not have recieved them, but you should show a copy to your bank so they know you revoked it and the bank will have to refund the debit.
The most important thing to do is communicate with these lenders no matter how nasty they get, you want to prove to them that are wanting to make an effort to get these taken care of.
Another thing I would advise you to do is check this site. www.paydayloaninfo.org and make sure these PDL's are following the laws of YOUR state.

Guest, I dealt with DMS Marketing. They were very uncooperative until I sent them a PDL template letter, which can be found if you do a google search for pollyandsay's blog. You insert your state's laws, which can be found at (www.paydayloansinfo.org). You can also see whether they are licensed in your state in pollyandsay's blog. Also contact your attorney general's office and file a formal complaint. DMS Marketing is well known to them. Also when you write your PDL letter, let them know that you have filed a formal complaint with your Attorney General. It was only a few days after I mailed my PDL letter to DMS that I got an e-mail stating that I was considered paid in full and also got a refund that I requested for overpayment. If you have any questions, let us know. Good luck.

Yes, you will get professional help in dealing with your pdls. One counselor recommended by this website is going to call you and discuss about your accounts. He will work out an affordable repayment plan and negotiate with your creditors. Which companies do you have the loans from? Almost every pdl company is discussed on this board. Just put a google search with the company name and see what you get.
