so they are not licensed in the state of Utah they are in florida they put utahloans(at)fastwirecash.com to make it look like they are

Do a search in Utah Department of Financial Institutions http://www.dfi.utah.gov/

You will figure out if this loan company is licensed in your state.

Based on the info I gathered from their website, they are licensed to do business in the following states:

Alabama
Arizona
Colorado
Idaho
Missouri
Montana
North Dakota
South Dakota
Utah
Wisconsin
Wyoming

It may be hard to locate them at the Utah DFI because fastwirecash is probably a DBA.
