I live in Texas

I had applied for 2 payday loans back in October. I received several phone calls that day all stating they were with the same company. I told them that I had already given my information. They all said the same thing.....oh okay I see it has already been verified. I ended up with almost $2000 from PDL's.
Not my intention at all!!!!

To make matters worse.....I was out sick from work for one week and that threw everything off as far as paying them back.

My account had $800 in ISF fees for a period of 15 days and now my credit union closed my account.

Geneva Roth was running a total of $90 a day in ISF fees. The collection department told me that if I couldn't pay the 60% settlement rate then they would get with my supervisor to have it deducted from my paycheck.

Can they do that? it really has me worried.

Are the loans with Geneva Roth or how many other loans did you get with so many telephone calls? Geneva Roth is onee of the worst paydayloan company!

I have NO idea who this company is or why they are calling me at work. I don't have any payday loans and I certainly don't appreciate them threatening to seek judgement against me on my company voicemail!
