What is westbury collection I did not authorize them to take monies out of my checking account they took 91.11 what should I do I never once have heard of them and how can they get my checking account information

Westbury is a collection agency that deals with payday loan companies alot. Have you ever had a payday loan and gave out your information to them? That could be how Westbury got it. Keep us posted. Go to the bank and dispute the charges. KYSIDE38

I had a payday loan with Dms marketing and Apollo Funding but I had them send me email saying I was paid in full. KYSIDE38 thanks I will go dispute the charges

Delaware is a mail forwarding address. They are just another Kansas city lender (under the names Loan Shop, PD6, Zurich and a bunch of other names) except that they also buy defaulted loans from all the Bahamas Marketing affiliates, too.

Freaky...according to a BBB report I got they do have a business in Delaware..it's listed under XPRESSCASH.
I know from information I have personally received that a business does exist there.

Ok...I just know I filed a complaint with the BBB of New Castle Delaware..which the closest one to that address...and they listed it as XPRESSCASH..aka Westbury Ventures..I'm waiting for a reply.
