It's very hard to find a financial institution that will offer loans to people with bad credit. However, there are many scammers around looking for your money. For them, your bad credit is not a factor. They will offer all kinds of loans, provided you send them some money upfront. Once you send it and don't have the loan deposited in your account, you call them and they will ask for more. Unfortunately, you are scammed. Sometimes, you realize sending money to someone out of the States and you have to kiss your money goodbye forever.
The better way is to fix your credit and then visit legitimate companies and see their offers. A person with good credit is always in a better position to shop, because he can negotiate for lower interest rates when the scores are high.
