okay , so i signed up with check city on 2/14/07 and they loaned me $300.i just processed an extention on the loan for another 2 weeks, but im worried they might take it our anyways. i get my drect deposit from my employer tomorrow, march 2nd. so my question is, if checkcity decides to debit my account for the fee, when will it occur? will it occur right after my direct deposit payroll is in my account? because if so i will withdraw all my money 2minutes after it goes into my account. please help.

if it is due tomorrow then they will take it out at midnight, some places give you a couple of grace days, but most dont. i have never did an extension but from what i hear they will proably take it anyway.

Let's say you are somehow able to beat them to the punch. You still lose. Why? The withdrawl attempt will happen anyway. Now you've got an overdraft charge as well.
Talk to your bank, have them try to block the withdrawl if at all possible.

The extension offered by the company must be in writing to prove your dispute in case they debit before the date proposed.
