You have the wrong site..this is a debt forum...We had nothing to do with taking money out of your account...you need to find out who took your money and contact them

And stay away from payday loans. They'll only get you further in trouble.

Hi, welcome to the forums!
I think you may have this site confused with a payday loan. The site you are visiting helps people with debt with debt consolidation and forum talk. Perhaps you googled the name of your loan company, and were sent here because their name was mentioned in a thread.
By the sounds of it, you are having trouble with your current loan company. You can't just say take me off your list, and expect them to go away.
If you can provide more information, someone in the forum community can try to assist you.
- What is the name of your loan comapny
- What was the original loan amount
- How many payments and for how much have you made
- What state do you live in
- Is this already in collections
These questions are probably the most important. In some states, payday loans are illegal. I'm assuming you did yours over the internet, which claim to have different laws.
Also, by registering on this site, you should be getting contacted by a debt counselor to go over the program benefits of debt consolidation. If you're insterested in gaining more control, perhaps you could seek out that option.
