i always see comercials for consolidation loans on tv. i was wondering if those actually worked and if so what ones u recomend?

I've seen those commercials too. I don't like the idea of getting a loan to pay off debts..If you're getting a loan with bad credit you will have an astronomical interest rate. I would seriously consider checking out a consolidation company instead.

Absolutely finsfan, even try a non profit cc company who has your best interest first. Loans can charge you so much money and the point is to pay on your debt. If you check out a company, and there are several, please check them out with the BBB, for not all have our best interests first and foremost on their list. you will probably pay a monthly fee for these companies to handle your debt but I guarantee you those fees are minimal compared to the mounding interest you'll accrue getting a consolidation loan. we wish you luck and hope that you find the avenue that works best for you!
I used money management international and they are registered with the BBB. They were wonderful to work with, had no hassles whatsoever.
