Does any one knows were I could get a loan for bad credit for at least 7000 and be approved.

Not with out a security deposit, collateral or real estate unless you have a rich generous relative. I am not trying to be sarcastic, it is unfortunately the way things seem to work. I pay my rent and all my utilities on time including my car insurance. But because of past difficulties I can't get unsecured credit. I think the FICO system is a poor judge of a persons worthiness.

I would try a bank if you have a bank account there. I think if they are already getting your business and know your income they would be more ap to approving you.
