I am Clara and i saw your question about needing a loan,In the internet they are alot of scams out there.I decided to answer your question to prevent you being scammed. I got a loan of $150,000 from an agency online and i was lucky not be scammed. SD - From my experience Wells Fargo can be a pretty awful place to deal with.
My parents had their mortgage through them, and they screwed them at every turn. Even to the point where when my parents decided to refi, WF called up the company they were using and told them my parents changed their mind. The did everything possible to make it hard to get out of their mortgage.
I would never go to WF, even if it was the last bank on earth.
