Has anyone heard of this company? Are they scammers?

If this is a legit company, it must be listed with the Dept of Corp in your state. You should also get their feedbacks from your state AG's office. If you don't find anything, you need to be careful of them. There are too many scam companies in the internet who will take away your money by assuring that you have qualified for the loan.
