Hello everyone,
My situation is i really need a loan bad to pay off these payday loans i habve. I am willing to pay high interest. So if anyone know a company that will give a person a loan who had bad credit, please let me know.. i am to the point where i am willing to go with places like think cash or cash call but they dont offer loans in my state. i figure i can pay them that monthly payemnt that keep getting ripped off every week.. please help!!!

Sorry to say, but you will be inviting more troubles in your way. Try to repair your bad credit first, then you can shop for a new loan from some banks in your area. No legitimate company will be willing to offer you a new loan because of your bad credit. You might fall in wrong hands because there are lots of scammers around who want to steal money from the hard working people.

And especially stay away from companies that want you to buy a so-called insurance policy for a bad credit loan. They say that this "secures" the loan. I'm in the same situation with my credit problems and have had literally a dozen companies call and offered secured loans to me...secured with my money...If I had the money to pay a security deposit ($600 or greater in most cases) then I wouldn't need a loan in the first place. I know some people who have had luck with prosper.com. They let you create a listing and then people bid to fund your loan. It may take awhile to become fully funded but they are at least a legitimate company who is not trying to scam you out of your money. Have you tried to work out payment arrangements with your pdl companies?
