has anyone heard of icon national finance. they have left me a message, that i am approved for 5000.00, i have not called them back, but their # is 1-866-692-5707, hopefully someone knows something. please let me know. i looked on google, there was a icon national finance mortgage, but it did not look like they were related. thanks for any input!

Doing a search on that phone number, I find this link:

If you look down, you will see a listing for Icon National Inc. But their website does not work. Makes me worried....

yeah, i tried that same thing, and it did not work for me either. i might call, and hear what they have to say, but i am sure it is a scam. i have learned alot off this forum, so i will be prepared. i would like to say something about their website.

Interesting, here is a WHOIS on that domain:
networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=iconnationalinc.com
And here's an interesting thing - that address (I pulled it up in Google Earth to be 100% sure) is someone's home address.

yeah, i better just ignore that!!!!!!!!! it was someone with a really strong accent, probably not even in the us(sounds like a payday bill collector that was calling me)

i would not respond to any unsolicted calls for preapproval loans. 9 times out of 10 they are a scam. i even got "approved" for one and they wanted a deposit of 3 months payment before i would get my money. i asked the woman for her address so i could send a picture of myself and wanted her to see if stupid was written across my forehead and she hung up.

 Iam very angry Icon national took me for $800and wont retun my phone calls. The police are now involved. beware of this company they are frauds. they are evil human being.

Please, please do not call this company back. They scammed us for about two grand last year using the same tactics.
We have still not recovered our money back and never will.
