Has anyone ever had a account with them? Mine is past due and I'm wondering if they ever lower interest rates..

Volley is right it doesn't hurt to ask. It is better to approach them first then to let it go on indefintely.

Thanks They are my last debt to deal with. I got into a dmp for my credit cards and just have this and a car loan. The car loan is low interest and current.

Right now most creditors are open to arrangements especially due to the economy...when people are losing houses, they normally stop paying everything else to keep the house.

I am sure they would be glad to work with you.

I have my car loan with them, and they are extremely flexible to work with, as long as you contact them and talk to them about your situation. They actually re-wrote my loan to allow me to skip a few payments to get caught up with bills.

thanks so much for all of your reply's I talked to them and they are letting me skip a few payment. Also I am behind on bills because of a flood in my basement and I had insurence on the loan for a couple of things I had down there.
