I am a single mom and I need a miracle by Monday 11/5/07. I have over $4000. dollars I need to pay to keep my son and I from being on the streets. I have such poor credit I can't get a checking account. My credit is so bad that I can't get a payday loan. I do have a job but because of illness the pay has been very low. I am very afraid of what might happen on Monday. I also have to go into the hospital on 11/27/07 for surgery and is very afraid of that. I know God is a miracle worker and I need one. I have tryed everything. so many online loan companies has my information now i am afraid of someone stealing my identity it is a very hurtful feeling when you feel like you are all along. No family or anyone you can turn to for help. So time you feel like just giving up. My 10 year old son is the reason I keep holding on. Can anyone help me please.

cookie, you and your son are in my prayers. have you tried contacting the united way or other agencies in your area. i am a true believer that god is a miracle worker and if you just really believe he will be there for you. one thing i can say he is working with you by not allowing you to be approved for the payday loans. for the people prey on people like you and i who feel like there is no other way out. please keep in touch with us even if it is just to talk or cry on our shoulders. i truly feel like things will work out with you when you least expect it.

I have tryed every place I could in my area and other to help me get the medicine I needed and a lot of places if one place help you then the other place can not. My meds. with insurance is very expenses. I am just in bad shape right now and I just don't know what to do. Thanks for your prayers. Please pray that God work a miracle for me. Please

please keep in touch with us ok? i know you have lots on your mind and rightly so, but there are so many wonderful people here you will find that are just so supportive. Smile

You've probably already done this, but are there any hardship programs that your hospital runs? I know they have something similar to the Hill Burton Act, where if you have an emergency and are uninsured or underinsured with little income, the grant will be paid for you after an application process that doesn't take too long. Maybe talk to your outpatient services and see if someone can direct you to some options

Cookie, you may also want to sign in as yourself as you're a guest a couple of times. you'll accumulate points on here whether you ask a question or help someone else out by giving them advice. they do help some.

Cookie - try your local relief groups and churches, if you haven't already. Yeah - you may have to swallow your pride a little, but many places may be able to help. It's always worth an ask.

Cookie please take the advise given above. I will keep you in my prayers. You can also try like the salvation army, your county, if they cannot help they can give you info on where you can go for help. With your health issues, I am sorry to hear that your are not well, but have you tried to get disability from social security, do you have any extra disability insurance from your employer? Those are some extra things you can check into. Also if you have a 401 or profit sharing from your employer you may be able to pull out from there for a hardship. I would like to thank everyone for there prayers. All I can do now is wait and see what happens tomorrow. Question I file a chapter 13 but it was dismiss because I miss payments. I would like to know if I should re-fill before bill collector start to call again and I owe unemployment money do you think they will take my income tax. I have an old call that I have been paying on for every it and the umeployment was file under the chapter 13 now that it has discharge is there anything I can do?

Cookie..hopefully you have found some help by now. If you live near a large city they have many legal aid services to help you with you debts. If you need food and housing social services should be able to help you out there especially since you have a child.
