Default New Day Financial – can it refinance my debt?

I was wondering if anyone has heard of a company called New Day Financial. I have some debt and was looking to refinance to pay it off. I tried to refinace last year with another company and wasn't able to get a good deal. The deal they offered me seems pretty good. They are sending me details on paper to look at. The deal sounds too good to be true and you know what they say. I asked why such the good deal with my credit not being great and they said they work directly with FHA and are in the business to help people in debt and with not so good credit get there debt squared away. I am just hoping that they are not taking advantage of the currect situation with the economy and feeding me a line of crap. If anyone has any feedback on New Day Financial it would be greatly appreciated.

Default Predatory loan by New Day Financial! Beware!

I know it's too late now, but don't do it. New Day Financial are predatory and don't disclose all terms. My friend worked for them and they made him try to recruit more suckers until they fired him.

I used to work for the people who now run New Day. Bad guys.

New Day Financial is run by a group that used to offer 125% 2nd mortgages and predatory 1st mortgages. If you wanted a 2nd mortgage they would make you refinance your exisitng 1st even if it meant your rate went up 3-4%.

Stay away...far away.

I use to work for New Day Financial. They are a scam. Stay far away, ignore all of their calls, they WILL call you over & over. If your already involved in a contract with them, I feel bad for you. Try to sue!

Default Mortgages sold by New Day Financial

Not sure if I'm too late but I used to work at one of the locations. Please watch boiler room. The culture there rivals that. I did a few deals that honestly I feel terrible about to this day because I know I might have put someone on the streets. I honestly can't believe that there aren't more complaints by either former employees or mortgage holders. But then again New Day Financial sold the mortgages as soon as the deals went through. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM IN ANY CAPACITY.

They didnt leave the company, they probably got fired. One of my good friends works for New Day Financial. It is a great company and helps people in difficult times to consolidate their debts and lower the payments. What's wrong about that???

Default STAY AWAY FROM New Day Financial

WARNING--do not even attempt to refinance or finance with New Day Financial
We went on line to refinance and were flooded with letters and e-mails from every sales rep they have--all looking to sign you before the other one does
they are unprofessional/snake oil sales people with no morals at all.Ive reported them to better business--consumer reports and all federal mortgage consumer awareness programs.
New Day Financial send you letters offering you 100% refinancing at a 5% or better rate and sneak in points that you pay for in your loan application all at a 15year term
The sales (ours was MK) will push you through the application as fast as he can to get his commision.
Deal with a local bank that will not try to snowball you and will inform you of Obamas new reforms and not take advantage of people looking to save their homes.
Anyone can lower your rate by charging you discount points but at least New Day Financial wont sneak it into your paperwork
STAY AWAY

Default Stay Away

We were trying to do what alot of people out ther do, refinance our 1st and 2nd. I have emailed our rep and called him several times and no response. I emailed him a week ago with some questions, as he sent us the docs and stillno answer. Today we get another letter asking for the financial info due by the 28th or they willnot be able to help us with the credit. I laughed because I have already gone elsewhere, as it is very unprofessional how they do things. You would think in the way times are now, they would be jumping at the chance to do this, but there customer service sucks. All they are looking for is the 7300.00 they were to make on it. They offered us a lower interest rate but then when they turn around and sale it, they get a lower rate and they get the difference in the percentage, not the cutomer. Don't go there, save yourself the headache

Default New day

I was sent approval letters and got denied two days before closing. They stated it was because of my debt to ratio which with their loan would have saved my wife and I 800 dollars a month. Than 6 weeks later I get another pre_approved letter from new day and I think to myself this has to be some kind of sick joke. I speak to the company and they state it was the appraisal that they hired which apparently was too high. So than Im told they are going to resubmit my app and I have to writer a letter to the ceo explaining what happened and the Under writer computer approves the loan but the actual underwriter would not sign off unless the ceo approved. This process has been going on since the first week in Feb. This is suppose to be a federal loan FHA and now we receive another letter saying we are approved again. The agent your credit is good but the value of your home is the problem. There company was the one that hired the appraiser which cost my wife and I 350 dollars. He apparently took his specs off the market from a yr ago which gave out home a higher value.
