i havent even went on their website to fill out a loan, how did they get my info over there???

i did not go to their website, but i went to one of those sites that will recommend payday loan companies to you and out of the blue BIG called me and we transacted everything on the phone. he asked me some questions and lo and behold my money was in the bank.

What you now have is a "verbal agreement". Totally illegal. And these people will hound the living hell out of you. They're going to debit your account until you're dead in the ground. They are bad news. Ugly. Yuck.

the thing is i even tried to cancel the loan and they told me that they couldn't do that.... i said i don't feel comfortable dealing with a company outside of the us... they would not let me cancel thge loan, and the fuinds didn't even hit my account yet..

so far they haven't called back after i told them that she died of a heart attack two days ago and the rep said that he was sorry and hung up.

i don't know about anyone else, but if the money hit my account i would not touch it. and then when they start hitting the account for fees let it come out of their own money and when it's used up, send them a letter and close the account or change my account. do anyone agree with me?

Yes, granny, even though you've had a heart attack and are already dead, I agree. I wouldn't leave the money there. I would close the friggin account out. Close it. Get rid of it. And especially if they wouldn't cancel the loan. There goes the illegal nature of them. God love them. Close the account. Granny, I'm glad to see you typing from your coffin. You're still helping people even after you've passed on. I do believe that deserves some kind of award! Laughing
