Thaey are calling me repeatedly being extremely beligerent and threatening. They refuse to send me a written statement showing my account balance.

these people are calling me at work .... I am just wanting to know what they are claiming is owed, but do not want them calling me at work. Am willing to work through email

just got a harassing call(s) from midpoint resolution group, get this they threaten me of fraud. and not only gets me, that i called the credit card, to make payments three x's a month online with my credit card... and i have online access and they meaning the CC company are taking electronically taking my payments... now tell me whom is committing fraud and unfair debt collection practices... them Midpoint Resolution Group, and not only that they got a hold of MY business checking account and tried with drawing 4667.28 and charged me 35.00 NSF fee for a return check number #0000, now whom has a check numbered like that???which i have closed my checking account becuz, they will keeping trying to submitt... BEWARE!!!! well, i have called my attorney and turned over all the info, and gave him my Credit card info. and show(s) that i have made payments with my CC company and made an agreement...
gosh, i love this, becuz, i have won in the past claim against "Client Services" for fraud and 6 times the amount according to my judgment...the "Unfair debt collections practice Act" does favor you and don't put up with any ONE talking or threaten you on your own phone... you don't have to take anything from them. Cover your butt and turn the phones on them and give them no leave way... you make the terms, esp., if you owe the debt...becuz, you the consumer will win either way in the end...
