I'm having a bad couple weeks . . . . First, one of my dogs ate my car payment. It was cash on my dresser that I was going to take the next day. Well, it seems to have fallen off the dresser and one of my dogs ate it, leaving only a few bits. That was $320 gone.

So I'm thinking I'm screwed. I can't just replace that money . . . . It would take me a couple months. I really didn't know how I was going to make it.

Then I entered a contest. I checked everyday, and by golly, I was winning! There was a cash prize! I checked it all the time, and still, I was in 1st place! I thought my prayer had been answered.

But alas, no. The people running the contest changed the rules behind everyone's back, and ignored the votes that should've marked the winner. Instead, they just picked the winner themselves. So even though with the original rules I would and should be the winner, I wasn't. No cash prize. No gas for work. Back at the start with no other options.

At this point I have no options. I dont have any CD's to sell. And even if I did, places in my area only pay $0.50 to $1.00 for them. I don't have anything of any value to sell. Any part time jobs in my area I'm too over qualified for, and besides, since i already have a job the employers want to give the job to someone that doesn't have one.

It just seems like no matter what you do, or how hard you try, the littlest thing can totally screw you up.

I get paid on Thursday and can loan you at least a few dollars in your Paypal if it will help you. I have a few points you can have also. I went through the same thing last week and you came throught for me as was offered by several others. I needed my points and had no gas, but I could not get them for some unclear reason. I do not know what is going on with this site but I feel like the people who have been here are not appreciated anymore. I returned here only to post this and now I am leaving!

It's really more about the frustration that no matter how hard you try or plan, there is always something or someone there to knock you back down.

I feel your pain and I was in a similar situation myself, cable bill due and power bill due and the list goes on. I as well don't have much of anything worth selling and I don't get paid until Thursday! I know I don't have many points but I would love to share them and I to may have a little extra to spare on the 15th if it will help!

how do i go about donating points? do i click on the my donate button or ghoudah's? I don't have may points but they are all yours ghoudah....that is as soon as i find out how to do it. I know things aren't ever easy. Try to keep your chin up. Love ya!!! Lisa
