Can you read thread at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/about50776.html and let me know if this is something I need to be concerned about in my situation? I am worried now that the two PDLs will press charges. I have added some threads to my post (about the repo, etc) but can't log in to do it all under pennyhm. Please help! | |

Ok this I why I get scared. I just received a phone from a guy name Robert said he is with US Bank and that I was going to be charged with 3 counts and that I was going to be arrested. They say it was for a loan that I took out on 2-4-05 Quick Payday. I know that I had a loan with Quick Payday and I can't remember if I paid it off. I had correspondance with Quick payday when I default and I was going to file bankrupcty at the time. I didn't file and I don' t know if I paid. They did give me the address but asked me why i was going to come see them. Said I had 1 hour to return the call and give my attroney information. What do I do?
