I'm not a flamer, I really am in deep and really want to recover my losses!! Here is where I am at as of now:Well it seems as though wamu(visa) will not chargeback the miscoded transactions, after putting me through an extensive process they determined there wasn't enough evidence so apparently never sent verification to merchants. Citibank (MC) just did the chargebacks right away, no questions asked. I know that the merchants cannot fight back the chargebacks, so what else can I do to get wamu to do a chargeback? I originally disputed that they were not authorized and mentioned that they were miscoded. Any help here would be appreciated. I am no longer gambling, and never will again, getting this money back will really help in my recovery. | |
