Does anyone have there number? Last month I applied for an online payday loan and was approved. Later in the day, I received a call from a man that could barely speak english saying there where a couple more things to verify for the loan. I specifically asked the man was the name of the company STC advance and he said yes. Throughout the speech he gave me, I had to interupt him numerous times because I could barely understand him. The next day I notice I had 2 loans in my account. I call BIG to see if they can just take there money back because he lyed. She said no. I asked her to listen to the recording, but they still will not budge. They already took a total of $155. Does anyone have any advice about this matter?

When you have paid back the principal close your checking account! You can't block them. They will change amounts and names. They are illegally operating from overseas and have no recourse except to harrass you. Do not listen. Just hang up! There is no other way of dealing with them!

just to let you now that I used to have to deal with this company also. I just found a court action against this company from the FTC from 11/12/08...They have 5-6 counts against them. WE WON.

has anyone ever gotten a refund from these people? I've paid 1500.00 on a 300.00 loan. Reported them to the BBB no responce from them. Also filed a complaint with AG

No one has ever gotten anything from them but aggrevation. They are history now so it would be best to move on unless a court orders restitution from those lowlife slimebuckets.
