The whole point

of my sharing the BOA story was for those who do not know, fees can be refunded and you do not have to take a call center rep word as the final word. One should not stop fighting for ones rights until the fat lady sings. I knew I was in the right and was frustrated. I never said any of the reps were outsourced to any other countries and I did get EVERYONES name. In my original post I included the corporate # for the EXECutive office (aka CEO, head dude) and i hope someone else gets use of that #

That's great info. I have a beef with them too about OD fees. I'll call that number and get some of my money back. Thanks!

Well I missed all the drama of the previous post like usual. I do agree with the op in the fact that a telephone rep is not the end all be all of a creditor's structure.I have used chain of command more than once resolving issues and once management has seen my record of being a good loyal customer, they will usually side with me or I will terminate working with them in a business relationship.

I've had an issue before with getting an OD fee refunded by BOA, but it was 50/50 whether I'd get it refunded or not, but if it ever happens again I'm going to do what you did and call corp. That is a great idea, and should be used for any bank. Thanks!

Google is a wonderful tool for this type of research.Put in Bank of America Ceo,Cfo,or General Counsel and go from there. Another resolution tool is planetfeedback.com. It allows you to write up your situation on a company and the web site forwards it to the company for you.
