Go to this website for a refund. Apparently they will refund you your money within 10 days. Be very careful applying for payday loans, some of these websites use third party information to get your personal information and debit your account.

My suggestion if you should become a victim of Secret Cash Card, when you receive your refund check, go to a check cashing location instead of depositing in your bank. I havent read about anyone who had issues cashing through the bank BUT with all the scams flying around i would want to be on the safe side. Hey Steelers, once you get refunded let me know...if i get my check first i will do the same. I am glad you were able to get your refund, they know they are scamming people, i am sure this is why they are so quick to issue a refund.

I was debited over a month ago, I haven't taken out an ipdl in a LONG time, so I'm not sure how or why they did this. I was debited one time for $49.99! And on my bank statement it said Secret Cash Card, and I have spent time trying to locate them, I found a website but had no luck in finding out how to get my money back. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am shocked at how quickly the refund was issued! Shocked

In the message on my refund ticket it stated that if I ever needed their service in the future to contact them. I DO NOT THINK SO! Why would I need to conceal what I buy? Which from what I've learned about this company, only people who have secrets would want this service, and I bet the secrets are criminal!

Steelers, i contacted the BBB, Left Threatening Messages on their website (repeatedly) also threatened to take Legal Action. Emailed them my case number from the BBB as well as my complaint number with the AG of my state and theirs......They debited me yesterday and i was NOT having it. $50.00 is allot to someone who is on a struggle.....

Just like i did with GSFIL....They called me threatening me and in return i started calling them Threatening them....One of us had to give up, it just wasnt me.....If these kind of scammers want a fight, you give em one.

I couldn't find anything on their website other than general info. I don't know why, maybe I was just to mad and the contact info. was staring me right in the face. I wish I had! It caused me to have 1 NSF charge! Twisted Evil

I think I will go ahead and file a complaint with the BBB (the more the merrier!) and with my AG's office. I will wait until I get my refund check so I can copy it and attatch it along with my e-mails from them to the complaints.

If they have dissabled the website for refunds, go to www.bbb.org, search secret cash card, file a claim, you can view other claims to see their response. That is another way to get your cash back, may take longer but it is an alternative since bbb will act as a middle man.
