I need help because this company took 49.95 out of my account and I did not authorize them to do o and when I call the numbers nobody can give me any information and they were very rude. What can I do to get my money back this came out of my checking account and it has messed up my other payments that I have already made so now my checking account will be in the negative. Please help me.

Do you know what company did this? You need to go straight to your bank and tell them you didn't authorize this debit. They will have you fill out some forms, and most banks will give you a provisional credit (they put the money back the next day) and will invesigate your claim. If the company that took the money can't prove you authorized it, the bank changes the provisional credit to a permanente one, and you have the money back.

Time is an important factor in this. The sooner you get to the bank the better the outcome. If you wait then the bank may not be able to do anything.

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. It was secretcashcard.com. I found out who they were from my online banking, sent them an email and told them I wanted a refund because I did not authorize this. I had to go through another email address as the one I had used wasn't for returns. But they did mail it to me and I had my money back ,in the form of a check in the mail within 4 days. I know there are some other threads about secretcashcard. They really seem to like to take money out of people's accounts! I haven't checked, but in case Kim doesn't reply, there might be contact info in those posts.

I found this website in another thread . . . Apparently you can go there and submit your refund request. It's :

Apparently it has worked for others . . . . Have you tried it yet?

I am actually not having the problem with the refund because there is no debit from them in my bank account. But they suddenly popped up in my credit report. I talked with my bank for their number but they couldn't help. Just want to get this item removed from my credit report. I have already disputed it with the bureau. I think I need to talk with Secret Cash Card also. So, I am looking for their number.

i dont understand which account you are talking about.you are in the wrong forum.you are from a collection agency(NCO)maybe Secret Cash?

No I don't have a number for them but give me a little bit and I'll do some research again. I don't remember how I found it, or where I should say last time but I just looked for it and eventually found a valid number. Give me a minute and I'll see what I can do for you.

i had a phone call from jacksonphillips and associates they threatened me her name was fay thomas she said i could be arrested for fraud cause i owe on a payday loan can she have me arrested for that

Boy it seems that a lot of people are having this $49.95 taken from their account. I just read on the other forum about someone else demanding the $49.95 back into hers and her boyfriends account. Is this a fee these people charge to join or what?

Secret Cash Card is a credit card located on payday loan websites at the bottom of the application. If you do not read the box carefully, and either check to refuse the offer or uncheck, each is different. They will automatically take the 49.95 from your account. They are very good at refunding the fee though. But if it puts your account in a negative they wil not cover that.
Thats why it is best to just stay off payday loan websites all together!!

Yes it is and this girl is definitly staying off of them and you better believe as soon as I get my stuff straightened out, I will be teaching my son about them too so when he gets out on his own, which will be soon, he will stay away from them.
