Default Heathmill Multimedia is an illegal organization

Between Heathmill and Cash Today Ltd. and all its several dozen affiliates; this is perhaps the biggest worldwide scam going today. The best thing to do is ignore them. If you can't hire a lawyer. Trust me, this is what I have done. I owe these people nothing...yet they still call my job over 50 times a day. Aaron Gershfield is nothing but a weasel and a coward that hires slaves for pennies an hour. Heathmill needs to go down!

I wouldn't ignore them--and if you don't owe them anything, what they are doing is harassment, plain and simple. I definately wouldn't ignore them--and would let the FTC know about it, as well as your local police department. The more agencies know about this, the better the chance they can be booted out of the US.

it is best to ignore these people...they have stopped calling. They can't do anything. And, if they call again....I call a lawyer.

Default Heathmill IS a Scam

This is what the newspapers say about this company

London tycoon faces US loans inquiry

A millionaire London businessman is being investigated by US authorities over an alleged internet loans scam.

London-based Aaron Gershfield, who denies any wrongdoing, was named last month in a complaint filed by the Federal Trade Commission and the State of Nevada.

It relates to internet lenders said to have violated US federal and state law by not disclosing key loan terms to consumers and using "abusive and deceptive" collection tactics.

A total of 10 internet lenders are named in the complaint along with Mr Gershfield and two other men.

Mr Gershfield lives in a £4 million home in north London and is a brother of Jonathan Gershfield, a British film director who worked on films including S3x Lives Of The Potato Men and Three And Out.

The complaint alleges the defendants offered people "quickie" loans without requiring a credit check, proof of income or documentation. Loan applicants had to provide bank account and Social Security numbers.

Borrowers typically got loans of about $200 (£130) which were to be repaid by their next payday with fees of up to $80 (£50).

But interest rates and other terms were not fully disclosed and some borrowers wound up paying hundreds of dollars above the loan amounts, according to the complaint. The deals were done through websites.

John McGlamery, a spokesman for the US Attorney in Nevada, said: "This was an internet-based operation, the victims are spread far and wide. We have had a tremendous number of complaints."

Regulators want a court order to stop the practices plus fines and refunds of "ill-gotten monies" to hundreds of borrowers around the United States.

The complaint is civil and Mr Gershfield, who runs a call centre company in the UK, is not facing any criminal charges.

In a statement he said: "We are surprised and disappointed that the US Federal Trade Commission has chosen to take this action, given that we believe there is no foundation to the allegations.

"We have instructed our counsel in the US to assure the FTC that we are complying with all applicable laws.

"We provide call centre facilities for a wide range of companies in the UK and around the world.

"During the last five years this has included supplying services to a number of international internet loan companies. We hope the situation can be resolved fully."

Default Gershfield is a crook

As an ex call centre employee, I can personally attest to the fact that he is a fat, greedy, monster. All he cares about was money and how much did we bring in. Even if someone had paid $2,000, we were still going in and hitting there bank account or setting up manual payment, even if the person didn't agree to it. The whole point was to get as much money as possible, which is why we were encouraged to roll over the loan and never take fully repayment as there was no money in it.

Default No more Cash Today

I was one of the last ones to leave this place after most of the illegal Indian call center staff were deported. I think it's all closing down now so there should be no more cash today or heathmill or any of the other names.

i used to work back 2003 to 2004 in heathmill, sales, compliance. they never asked me about my passport, NI number when I joined, end of the month they gave us cheque, showing the tax we paying, but those tax never goes to Inland revenue. Most of the staff from india, came as student visa, working more than 20 hours which breach of immigration law. Aaron as a person is greedy and his right wing man , indian guy named Yogesh, who came as a student and became director in 2004. From the beginning i realised it was not good organisation. So I left it. I m so happy what happened to them.
