Can a foreclosure realtor working for my mortgage company have me arrested?

Of course not! You are given a time frame within that you have to move out of the home. If you are not out on the last day specified a Sheriff will show up and escort you off the property but they will not arrest you unless your unwilling to go. If this doesn't answer your questions, please provide more details.

I'd agree with Buzzette, so you need to show us through more information. Some thing must have gone wrong, but we need to analyze it in order to add our comments.
