This company has been hitting on many people's bank accounts. Please go to your bank and get the item disputed with the company. Your bank will be able to revert the charges.

This company and SecretCashCard hit people's accounts after they have applied for an internet payday loan, I was able to get a refund which took 10 days, don't cash the refund check at your bank or deposit it in your account. If you get your refund check take it to a store/carry out store that cashes checks. Wouldn't want to run the risk of getting hit a second time. I don't trust these people. Also file a complaint against them, I did, don't know what that will do, but if enough people complaint, well, there is strength in numbers. RYDERS OF THE NIGHT

The phone numbers for them are disconnected anyways . . . . Go to the following website and fill out the refund request form. It's the only way to get a hold of these people.

Fill up the dispute form with your bank. They should be able to investigate the charges with Ever Private Card and get your money back. You can also log in to the website of Ever Private and fill up the refund form.

I haven't been scammed by this company, but I'm persueing it. I have contacted the FBI and I have been gathering info on them. The company is part of PORTFOLIO BRAINS, LLC and they are a california LLC. I will be compiling info to assist the FBI.
