It is hard to quit smoking and gets extremely harder the older you get-- and the longer you smoke--have you ever seen older people with the oxygen pump in their nose and carting around the tank on wheels? Yet they still fire up that cig even tho it might ignite the tank? Quitting smoking is not easy!!! Have been there tried many times and finally done that! Good luck to you!!!!!!!!
