Good company. I am happy with their service.
Though I had some initial problems with debt consolidation, but the counselors were very patient with me and helped me a lot with my problems. I had run up a debt of almost $15000 and with a low income potential, have decided to file for bankruptcy. However, I approached AAA Cook County Consolidation for a second opinion and they formulated and outlined a suitable payment plan for me. Now after six years of being into their debt consolidation, I am a debt free person.

Caters to both economic and emotional needs. Very satisfying experience.
I suppose the company understands very well, the meaning of customer satisfaction. No sooner had I signed up with the company, then it took up the task of helping me out not financially, but even emotionally. Always they kept reminding me how close I was to being debt free and that helped me a lot in developing personal attitude and self esteem. The experience with this firm has really been a pleasurable one.

Never Pays on time
Everything was easy in the beginning but now they never pay my bills on time. In 2004, they paid three creditors two months late. And I just discovered they haven't paid one of my creditors in three months. I have called to complain and my rep MONICA always is on vacation (this has been about 5 times this year alone) and they won't transfer me to another representative. My Fico score has dropped from a 710 to 630 since I have been with AAA Cook County dent consolidation.
