I found the company moderately good. Not so much to comment upon. The person out there seems to lack the sense of urgency and it seemed that they take it for granted that our debt is for us to tackle. Also, it seemed that they were doing me a favor by offering me debt consolidation options. At times, the company refuses to answer my queries and there were no answers forthcoming from them even after repeated phone calls. The documents and the bill receipts also arrive late and they always blame the delivery service for that. They had even requested me to come to their office to collect my payment statements instead of them being delivered to my home by the company.

This company is not for people with huge debt to tackle. The firm seemed more like a butcher house where you will be troubled with plenty of legal terminologies, half of which they themselves do not understand. Also the entire process is very slow and they are not all a good negotiator. As a matter of fact, I feel that I could have negotiated better than them.

The people who call themselves counselors are themselves not well acquainted with the law. They might themselves think of going to some law classes to update their knowledge about law and taxes.
