Just in case anybody was wondering, this thing has SCAM written all over it.

1 - Legitimate job services won't ask for an up-front donation from the prospective employee. They'll get their fees from the employer.

2 - If it's legitimate, how come the website has to go to such great lengths to reassure you that it is legitimate?

3 - A PayPal shopping cart for "absolutely the most sought after information on the internet today"? And a third-party-hosted shopping cart, at that??? Get real.

4 - They display the BBB seal, yet BBB has no listing for them. Odd, to say the least. Five bucks says the Verisign seal is bugus, too. BTW, the Verisign seal should be a clickable link, not a static graphic. By using a static graphic, the scammer [Ms Vickie] hopes to fool you into thinking her bogus website is the real thing.

5 - The website gives contact info in Seattle, WA. A fast whois search on internic.net shows that the website is registered to Vickie Lasserre, of Youngsville, LA.

Suspicious yet?

I dunno about y'all, but I know what I'm gonna do... Get my rod and reel. It's phishing time.......

I'm afraid this is one thing that we were worried about when we started this forum, that the scammers would indeed come out to play, but it looks like we're keeping track of them. It takes a village to make a website...
