Even two years back the real estate market has been a great place to invest but we can't say that with surety now. In the last two years, prices of real estate properties have fallen by more than 50%. Do you think it would be wise to invest in the real estate market again?

The real estate market would certainly bounce back but it may need some time for that. Right now, both the consumers and the lenders are playing safe. You may invest now, as the right time to invest in a market is when it is at low. But might not get very high return.

The best return on investment in real estate is through a program called The Home Ownership Program where a $3,100 investment increases the equity in a property to 75% equity in less than 6 months. I realize that sounds to good to be true, but I, personally, have used The Home Ownership Program to achieve that very result. I came across the program through a consultant on this website by the name of Doug Johnson. You should be able to search this forum for Doug's contact information to speak with him about it.
