I was served by an attorney, I didnt respond by court filing because it was over 300.00 to file, so I waited for my day in court, then they mailed me the papers where they got a judgement against me and it isnt even my charge. I have asked and asked for validation from CITI bank, then it went to ASG and then it went to LNVN and no one has sent me anything, when i got served I called the attorney and he said wait until the research comes thru and it should wipe off, I waited and then got a judgement against me, my employer said they take about 6 months and then they pull money out of your checking account, They can take everything in there 1 time. where is my rights...someone help me.....!! i am a single mom and cant afford this nor do i deserve this | |
