About 10 days ago I sent a packet to my AG's office with complaints on 6 pdls. I enclosed a complaint form for each one I printed off their site. I also included my cease and desist letter to each of the pdls which explained the Indiana law and what I had paid, etc. I also wrote a letter to the SH eplaining the situation and the help I needed...I also included the letter I wrote the bank asking for help with all the nsf fees created by the pdls. Today I got the whole thing back with a note saying to fill out the enclosed complaint form and return it...it is the same form I did fill out and is enclosed in the packet for each of the loans!!!! I am so confused...has anyone dealt with this situation in Indiana???? I don't know what to do next??? I feel like I am starting all over..

You might want to try to call them to see why it was returned. Did you fill out a different form for each complaint?

yes I did...and it is the same form she sent me back with my packet...I was too busy at work today but I will call Monday. I'd like to get some kind of answer before I answer the 2 who responded to the BBB complaints. And before I do anything else....should I file with the AG's in their states?? Does that help??

Morningstar I can only speak from experience it didnt help me. My AG handled everything here. They did the correspondence they didnt want me talking to them. I just got a refund check in the mail today. I am so happy I needed that badly for taxes. KYSIDE38

Congratulations!! That's great...I guess I am just feeling a little scarred right now...worried that we are right and these things are illegal. I worry about getting sued, I worry about my job, I worry about what to do if I do have to pay them all back...I am tired of the worry and can't find anyone here to tell me yes this will work. I guess I was hoping for a stronger respose from my AG...anmd now I need to respond to the BBB on 2 of them and don't know what to say or do ...

PM me if you like, I will try to help you. When I filed complaints in Nevada, that was very helpful. They are investigating a few that I dealt with
