I have been reading on various forums about these people. i had a PDL account with CMG group LLC that was forwarded to them and I have received some automated messages from them but with no luck trying to return the call. Any advice on what I should do next? SHould I send the letter that I originally sent to CMG stating my plan to work with a dmp and their illegal practices in Indiana. According to what I have figured up I should only owe them $69 based on IN laws for repayment. It seems like this one is a difficult one to work with because they are a collection agency. SHouldn't my DMP be able to work with them then?

nikki, what are you saying? That CMG turned you over to AIS Services? Did you include this debt with your dmp? If so, then AIS Services can contact your DMP. However, from experience, check your credit report. Notorious for reporting you to the credit bureaus without notification or debt validation.
