 scammed in NY | 6 Nov, 2007 10:45:55 AM One Click Cash has Cease and Desist restaining orders from the State of California and Nebreska. California has ordered them to pay back damages to the people they scammed. I informed my bank because I never gave them permission to touch my account so my bank went after them. 1st thing you need to do is go to your bank and have them put a stop payment on all amounts from that company (if you don't they can change the amounts by a penny and they will go threw), then have the banks legal department help you by closing your account and opening a new on. It will help if you go on-line and find the court orders against One Click Cash and give it to your bank. It strenghten your hand against them. Good luck. | |
