Don't do it! Im currently a customer of theirs. I've been in their program exactly 2 yrs today and I gotta tell you its been HELL! Going to court, coming out of court, calling them up, waiting for a response. If you really want to be debt free go to CCCS.net ... Good luck, you are going to need it.

hey, i've worked with fdr and have had no issues. i had 1 debt for $20,000. they stopped the phone calls, the harrasment, and gave me things to say if a call did come through. i recommend them highly. they've been in business for a decent amount of time. i haven't seen the complaints so i don't know the details. i'm just here to tell you that fdr has helped me and my sister. in 3 years i will be debt free and no black marks in the end. it will actually be less now because i've been with them for a bit. i am a please customer of freedom debt relief.

Do not use them. I am currently in their program and they are of no help at all. You pay them a huge fee the first year and a half, so all your debts gets put on hold and then the lawsuit starts coming and they don't even help you. I am currently being sued by one of my creditors and basically, they are telling me you are on your own. It's the same old thing...you don't have enough money in your account so they cannot negotiate...of course you don't have enough money...they take it all!!!

I have been dealing with this co. for 8 mos. They have MORE than helpful in dealing with pesky creditors and I have already had 1 bill paid off. Total debt was 22,000 (they'll reduce to 12,500)and 3 creditors. 1 down, 2 to go. They have helped put my mind at ease on more than a few occassions. Hope this helps.

I am in exactly the same place as you. I have been working with them too and it is very tempting. I just don't know what to do. I researched the BBB but didn't find the 67 complaints.I searched in CA. Is that where you searched?

I am looking at them too. They will not give up, even when I said that I did not like their BBB rating and did not want to do business with them. Anyone else know any more?
