James, I talked to Gail about upfront Cash and she told me that she does NOT revoke ACH's and that she will investigate but there is not much she can do. She mentioned my bank and I told her that they change names and amonunts to get around stops and she said that "none of our companies ever change names." I mentioned that upfront cash and upfront loans were the same company and she said "they may have similar owners but they are not the same company." How do I get them to help me stop this? | |
