Hi friends,

Some of you must be annoyed with the delay in your forum point redemption. I agree that some of us count on these points at the time of emergency and want the fund to be dispatched faster. Well, due to some unavoidable reasons, this time the payments took a little longer than its normal stretch. Our account department was going through some technical modifications and hence the delay. Thankfully, the work is almost done now Very Happy

and we have pulled our socks to deal with all the backlogs as fast as we can. Hope we’ll be able to avoid this kind of a situation in the future.

If you have any more complains regarding any other issues, shoot them anytime. Keep participating, I bet you’ll enjoy your stay in debtcc in the future as well.

Jason - thanks for updating us on the status of the payments. Things happen! We understand that. We're just glad you were able to get the "bugs" worked out and get things rolling again.

It was never about the payment. It was about no one ever answering anyone's question.

The payment could've been delayed for a month. All that was needed was to know what was going on, instead of being ignored.

No apology is necessary at all. I would add a disclaimer though to soothe feathers for those that might not understand that sometimes these things take more time than they would like. As far as I'm concerned if someone hasn't received their "reward" in 4 weeks then they should start to ask questions privately. And keep it private.
