Hi! I just read your posts this morning concerning Payday One and Payday Select. THANK YOU SO MUCH for giving me hope again. I have been trying to deal with them and have had no luck so far. I live in PA also. In fact, Payday One responded to my request for payment arrangements and some type of settlement by debiting my account for $500 even after I revoked my debit authorization with them. I am going to get to work again following some of your examples and see what I can do. Again, thanks!!!!! I feel that I have been trying to be too nice to them because I have been intimidated, but it is time to get tough!!Will let you know what happens. | |

I've sent emails to PayDayOK and other payday lenders. How long would you recommend I wait to email them again after no response? Would you receommend I resend the same email or modify the wording? | |

Okay...I have another problem! The only company that has responded to me is Payday Select (they marked my account PIF and are giving me a refund! YAY!) I have not heard from any of the other companies that I have sent letters to. They are Paycheck Today, Payday Cashlink, One Click Cash, VC Funding. I need to write 2 and 3rd letters to them. Can you help me phrase them? Also, I have been sending these letters strictly by email...should I send them through snail mail too? | |
