 like2train | 26 Sep, 2008 09:02:33 AM I live in Texas and we just had a hurricane. Since we havent been working my loan payment didnt go through. I called the 866 number and spoke with Rick. To my surprise he was very pleasant and understanding. He gave me options that I could work with. Im sure it depends on who you get on the other line but I believe most companies want their money and will work with you to get it. Try and call them and try and be as apologetic as you can. Truly it is our fault we are late on the payment regardless of situation. I feel they worked well with me. | |
