You're probably receiving mail alert on your mail box whenever someone replies to your post. Just click on the link provided in the mail to find your thread.

Also, you can view your posts form your homepage. The link of your homepage will be visible at the right hand panel of the site after you login.

There is another option called my threads, which can help you in fining your posts. For this too you need to login with your username.

However, there is another simple way to find your posts. Click on the bookmark button above the post. It will help you in keeping track of your posts.

Its always to you benefit to keep all your quires (unless they're different) under a single thread. You'll receive more responses and hence proper solution.
