supermodl | 14 May, 2008 01:41:30 PM That is great Jenn, if you know that you have paid off all your payday loans, then fight to the end. Do not give in. We had a similar situation whereas we had to pay the loan company (not a payday loan) twice for a debt that was already paid unfortunately our records weren't the best kept. Now we are rid of the company and an extra $2000 (not cool)
supermodl | 14 May, 2008 01:36:19 PM Keep your records, make them prove the debt. If you feel you don't owe them, then fight it. If you owe the money, ask for a settling amount. The companies will also work with you that way.
submarinesailor | 5 Oct, 2007 06:08:58 AM Hello Jenn, I was informed last night that one of my pdl's was turned over to AIS. I'm not worried in the least bit, I really hope they try to sue me, I'm actually looking forward to it. I'm in the Military, I have all the backing of the US Navy, etc etc. I'm just curious how it worked out for you. I really hope everything worked out. I wish everyone had the same laws, protections that the military and my state provides. But despite that, keep up the good fight. As my mom always said, you can't get blood from a turnip! Good luck Jenn, let me know how it went with these guys.Going Deep.
